The software update can only be used if you already have Jabra Bluetooth Adapter A320s software installed 

Your paired devices and other settings made in your Bluetooth software may be removed during the software 

installation process 

Do not remove your Jabra Bluetooth Adapter A320s during the installation process 

STEP-BY-STEP 

We recommend you download and print these instructions for handy reference         

STEP 1

• Ensure that the Jabra Bluetooth Adapter A320s is connected to your PC. Disable all active Bluetooth 

connections. 

STEP 2

• To update your software unzip the attached software, then save to your Desktop. 

STEP 3

 Click on Run to initiate the software upgrade.
