IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ATTENTION

IN CASE OF FIRE, NEVER POINT THE JET TOWARDS E L E C T R I C
EQUIPMENT OR THE POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT.

FOR THE MACHINES 6500 AND 6800 STOP TOTAL, IT IS ALWAYS
NECESSARY TO NOTE THE ON/OFF SWITCH BEFORE PULLING THE
GUN, BECAUSE THE MACHINE CAN BE ON AND THE SYSTEM CHARGED
WITH PRESURE.
- Always disconnect the machine from the power supply circuit
and discharge the pressure from the system before servicing the
machine.
- Do not work if it is raining or thundering.
- After using the machine, use the safety button on
the gun to lock the trigger and prevent accidental
pulling.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Damaged seals on suction system.
- Clean it.
- Open the water tap.
- Check the water flow from the tap. It must
be minimum 8.0 L/min.
- Replace the nozzle.
- Maximum working height of 1 m for
appropriate water or solution suction.
- Check the power supply circuit. Consult an
electrician.
- If an extension is being used, check its
gauge. Refer to the section "POWER
SUPPLY".
- Check if the plug is entirely fitted in the
socket.
- Pull the gun trigger to discharge the
pressure.
- Refer to the section "CLEANING AND
STORAGE".
Dirty suction filter.
Worm nozzle.
- Replace them.
Deficient water or soution flow
due to the height (when working
through suction).
Insufficient voltage from the
power supply circuit.
Extension cable with improper
gauge.
Connection plug improperly fitted.
Pump stuck due to long storage
period.
Damaged retainers or packing
rings.
- See your dealer.
- Check the connections and the pump
suction hose. Pull the gun trigger several
times.
- Switch on and off the machine several
times without the pressure hose.
Air suction.
Oil dipstick breather clogged.
- Clear the oil dipstick hole.
The pump does not reach
the working pressure,
or the pressure oscillates.
The motor hums
but does not start up.
Oil leakage
Insufficient water supply.
Pressurized pressure hose.
Additivie suction channel clogged.
- Clean it.
PROBLEM

NOTE: When starting to use the machine, it can show a little water leakage on the gaskets. This
leakage is normal and will reduce or stop later. However, during the operation water
leakage is permissible up to 3 droplets per minute, which will not damage the machine
operation.
