Berry Banana Delight:
Makestwo4oz.servings.Whatyouwillneed:
• 4floz.pineapplejuice
• 4strawberries,diced
• ½banana,diced
1. Dice fruit into small (¼ inch) cubes and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2. When fruit is chilled, place in Smoothie Maker, add the pineapple juice
and blend it for 5 minutes.
3. Add ¼ cup of crushed ice (for best results use small pieces of crushed
ice) after blending juice and fruits and blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
Creamy Strawberry Blueberry Fusion:
Makestwo4oz.servings.Whatyouwillneed:
• 4floz.applejuice
• 2tbsp.strawberryyogurt
• 3strawberries,diced
• ½cupblueberries
1. Dice fruit into small (¼ inch) cubes and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2. When fruit is chilled, place in Smoothie Maker, add the apple juice and
yogurt and blend it for 5 minutes.
3. Add ¼ cup of crushed ice (for best results use small pieces of crushed
ice) after blending juice and fruits and blend for an additional 2 to 3
minutes.
If you would like a more smooth drink, blend for additional 2
minutesthenpourintoaglass&decoratewiththeextrachopped
strawberries.
If you would like to make ice pops, blend to a rough consistency,
thenpourthemixtureintotheicepopmolds,readyforfreezing.
Ask an adult to place the ice pop mold in the freezer and leave
until completely frozen.
