Solution
You have not mixed the contents for
a long enough period.
The batteries are dead. OR
My Drink recipe has not mixed very
well.
The Smoothie Maker will not
switch on.
The Smoothie Maker has stopped
mixing.
The ice pops are difficult to remove
from the molds.
Pour the contents back into the smoothie mixing jug and mix
again.
Replace the 4 x C batteries.
The lid is not slid into place.
Slide the lid along its track, into closed position.
The lid may be partially open.
Slide the lid along its track, into closed position.
The batteries are not connected
properly. OR
Open the battery compartment and check that the batteries are
connected using the correct polarities (+/-).
The jug and motorized unit are not
properly connected together. OR
Ensure that the hinges are sitting in the cradle correctly and
the jug is clicked into the base correctly.
May be jammed.
OR
Use only soft, ripe ingredients. Switch the Smoothie Maker
off first, before removing jammed food items.
The ice pops sticks come away from
the pops and the ice pop is stuck in
the molds.
The ice pops have not completely
frozen. OR
Place back in the freezer for a few more hours.
The mix has not frozen well to the
ice pop stick.
Take the sticks out and pour a small amount of cold water into
the slit made by the ice pop sticks. Replace the ice pop sticks &
place back in the freezer for a few more hours. When removing,
ask an adult to run warm water over the sides of the ice pop
mold for a few moments. NOTE: NEVER USE HOT OR BOILED
WATER! Also, try to make the mix a chunkier consistency.
Isolation switch has been
activated. OR
Ensure that the hinges are sitting in the cradle correctly and
the jug is clicked into the base correctly.
The ice pops are frozen hard & stuck
in the mold.
Leave to stand for a few minutes or ask an adult to run warm
water over the sides of the mold for a few moments.
NOTE: NEVER USE HOT OR BOILED WATER!
