Operation system:
Win98SE/ME/2000/XP, Mac OS 8.6 + and Linux 2.4.1+
5.) Applications:

6.) Hardware Setup:
Internal Setup:
The 6 in 1 card reader can be mounted into a 3.5” bay or a 5.25” bay. Simply
remove the outer housing of the reader to reach the 3.5” size.
Once you have setup the card reader in the 3.5” or 5.25” bay, you are ready to
connect it to a USB port. There are two ways to connect it (internally or
externally). If your motherboard has an internal USB port free you can simply plug
the device into that. If you don’t, you can run the USB wire out through the back
panel of your PC using the bracket supplied. From here you can connect to an
external USB port in the back off your PC.
External Setup:
a.) Plug the USB cable into an available USB port on your computer.
b.) The power light on card reader should come on.
c.) If this is the first time connecting the card reader to PC, follow driver installation
instructions on next page. (No drivers are needed for Win ME/XP)
d.) You can access the card reader through “My Computer”, which should appear as
four separate drives. (see graphic below)
