The  interpupillar  distance  adjustment  consists  of 

regulating  the  distance  between  your  eyes  so  that 

they can observe a single microscopic image.   This 

greatly helps to reduce fatigue during observation.

   1. While  looking  through  the  eyepiece  lenses,  adjust 

the interpupillar distance by sliding the interpupillar 

distance adjustment seat     left and right. (Fig.19)

The interpupillar distance adjustment seat     is pro-

vided  with  an  interpupillar  distance  scale    .  By 

memorizing your interpupillar distance according to 

the scale, you can adjust the interpupillar distance 

easily next time.
