The water temperature comes
out warm.
- Thermostat is set to minimum.
- Water insufficient level in the
tub.
- Agitator has stopped.
- Set the thermostat to number 4
or 6 setting and wait a few hours
(upper middle setting)
- Add water to the bucket.
- Restart the unit or replace the
agitator.
The water comes out too cold.
- Thermostat is set to the max.
setting.
- Set the thermostat lower towards
number 3 or 4 setting (middle
position)
The water has an unusual
taste.
- Carbon filter need to be
replaced.

used was not for drinking
water.
- Too much iron in the water line
- Replace the carbon filter (see
section 7.3).
- Check the type of
CO
2
(UN
1013), if necessary change the
tank.
- Clean & sterilize the water lines
(see section 7.2).
Water is not sufficiently
carbonated.

pressure is too low or
insufficient.

canister is empty.
- Incorrect functioning of the
pump and motor.
- Accumulation of air in the
carbonator tank.
- Calibrate the pressure regulator
so that outgoing
CO
2
pressure is
between 90 to 100 psi.
- Replace the
CO
2
tank.
- Check that the motor and pump
are working well.
- Let the air out by pulling the ring
on the head of the carbonator
tank’s pressure relief valve.
CO
2
gas runs out too fast.
- There is a leak in the supply
line, connectors or valve.
- With a paintbrush, soap and
water, wash the external lines
tubing of the
CO
2
tank so as to
pinpoint the leakage.
- Replace defective valve,
regulator/gasket or tubes.
CO
2
gas comes out of the
carbonated water faucet
(green
handle).
- Carbonator or water pump’s
check valve malfunction or
defective.
- Insufficient water supply.
- Water pump not working.
- Check and replace the check
valve of the water or carbonator
pump.
- Check for clogged filters.
- Check or replace the water pump
Carbonated water squirts out
of the flat water faucet.
- Carbonator check valve
,
possibly stuck open.
- Dismantle the valve and check
for residue on the inside, replace if
defective.
Faucet continues to drip.
- Defective gasket.
- Replace with a new gasket.
