ASSEMBLY
1. Assemble the Frame
Align the two drilled holes in the lower
crossbeam (5) with the mating holes in the
bottom of the weight stack frame (1). Secure
the crossbeam to the weight frame using two
screws (54), four washers (70), and two lock
nuts (68). Tighten the nuts securely.
Align the two drilled holes in the weight frame /
footrest crossbeam (6) with the mating holes in
the side beam of the weight stack frame (1).
Secure the crossbeam to the weight frame using
two screws (55), four washers (70), and two lock
nuts (68). Tighten the lock nuts securely.
Align the two drilled holes in the weight frame /
main frame crossbeam (12) with the mating
holes in the side beam of the weight stack frame
(1). Secure the crossbeam to the weight frame
using two screws (55), four washers (70), and
two lock nuts (68). Tighten the nuts securely.
Position the main frame (2) so the two drilled
holes in the lower crossbeam (6) and the two
drilled holes in the weight frame / main frame
crossbeam (12) are aligned with the mating
holes in the main frame.
Secure the main frame to the lower crossbeam using two screws (54), four washers (70), and two lock nuts (68). Tighten
the nuts securely.
Secure the main frame to the weight frame / main frame crossbeam using two screws (54), four washers (70), and two
lock nuts (68). Tighten the nuts securely.
Position the footrest frame (3) so the two drilled holes in the weight frame / footrest crossbeam (6) and the four drilled
holes in the main frame (2) are aligned with the mating holes in the footrest frame.
Secure the footrest frame to the weight frame / footrest crossbeam using two screws (55), four washers (70), and two lock
nuts (68). Tighten the nuts securely.
Secure the footrest frame to the main frame using four screws (55), eight washers (70), and four lock nuts (68). Tighten
the nuts securely.
2. Install the Range-of-Motion
Flywheel
Place the range-of-motion flywheel (8) onto
the support shaft on the main frame (2).
