Video Mode Setting (on screen menu options)
Turn on the NAV-502FHDI and press the “OK” button to stop recording. Press the MENU
button to enter the VIDEO MODE settings menu. Press the ▲/ ▼ buttons to select one
of the setting options and press then OK to select that option.

x VGA x QVGA
1080FHD gives highest image quality, less record
time
1080P gives high image quality, less record time
720P give mid-range image quality, more record time
WVGA (Wide VGA) 480 x 800 low image quality,
more record time
VGA 480 x 640 low image quality, longer record time
QVGA (Quarter VGA) 240 x 320 lowest image quality,
most record time.
Loop
Recording:
Select [Off or 3
minutes or 5 minutes
or 10 minutes]
Select the time you wish to record the videos in If
using a large capacity card (32GB) 10 minutes is
recommended
Exposure:
Select [+ 2/ 3, +1/ 3,
+0.0, -1/ 3, -2/ 3,-1.0, -
4/ 3, -5/ 3,-2.0
Use this setting to adjust for varying lighting
conditions. Usually +0/ 0 is suitable for most
environments
Motion
detect:
Select [On / Off]
When set to “On” , the NAV-502FHDi will begin
recording when it senses movement. For example; if
the NAV-502FHDi is left on, the camera will begin
recording if the image is disrupted (like a person
walking by)
Record
Audio:
Select [On / Off ]
Turns the built in microphone on or off. For privacy
this can be turned off so that no audio is recorded.
Date
stamp:
Select [On / Off ]
Records the current date and time onto the video file
(date/ time is set in the setup options)
Setup Mode Setting (on screen menu options)
Turn on the NAV-502FHDI and press the “OK” button to stop recording. Press the MENU
button to enter the VIDEO MODE settings menu then press the Menu button again to enter
the SETUP menu. Press the ▲/ ▼ buttons to select one of the setup options and press then
OK to select that option. (pressing the Menu button again to exit).
