G. Trouble Shooting:
1. LED light doesn't appear while pressing power switch.
a. Please check if you have inserted batteries or if batteries are the incorrect rating.
b. Please check if you put the polarity of batteries in the correct way.
2. LCD shows while you are turning it off.
a. Click the SET, UP and DOWN buttons at the same time in order to turn the microphone off
automatically. After that, you can turn it on the usual way. (See B)
b. The microphone will be turned off automatically after this graphic flashes about ten times.
Thereafter, press the SET, UP and DOWN buttons at the same time. Then, when you
press its power switch for one to two seconds, keeping the three buttons mentioned above
depressed. Please stay away from the power switch when the word "ON" appears in the
LCD panel and flashes once. Then, you can turn the microphone on as usual.
c. If the solutions a) and b) can't resolve the problem you face, please send the product back
to us for repair.
3. LCD panel shows unusual graphs.
a. Remove the batteries from the microphone and re-insert them.
4. No sound.
a. Check if the frequency of the transmitter is the same as that of the receiver.
b. Check if the volume of the transmitter and receiver is too slow.
c. Check if the distance between the transmitter and the receiver is too far.
d. Check if the transmitter or the receiver are too close to any metal materials or products.
5. Voice Distortion.
a. Please select different frequency when two transmitters are operated at the same time so as
to avoid any potential disturbances, such as interference, unclear voices or no response.
Please check if any other wireless products, such as wireless microphones, televisions or
radios are operating nearby. If so, please tune and adjust the frequency to one, without
such interference.
