Intended Use
The 313A Sander is designed for both light and heavy
sanding jobs such as roughing body filler, removing rust,
and smoothing welds. The 314A Polisher/Buffer is
designed for buffing and polishing paint, metal, and
plastic surfaces to a high-gloss finish.

Product Lubrication
Always use an air line lubricator with these tools.
Part number for correct Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL)
by Air Inlet Thread Type.

Parts and Maintenance
When the life of the tool has expired, it is recommended
that the tool be disassembled, degreased and parts be
separated by material so that they can be recycled.
The original language of this manual is English.
Tool repair and maintenance should only be carried out
by an authorized Service Center.
Refer all communications to the nearest Ingersoll-Rand
Office or Distributor.
After every 8 hours of operation, remove the Bearing Housing (11a) and
lubricate the Pinion (8b) and Pinion Gear (8a) with 30 cm

of
Ingersoll-Rand No. 28 Grease.

Before starting the tool, unless an air line lubricator is used, detach the air
hose and inject about 1.5 cc of Ingersoll-Rand No. 10 Oil into the air inlet.
