2.11. Resetting alarms and failures
It is possible to reset all errors and alarms at once as soon as
the alarm symbol is displayed on screen by pressing the
Reset
button instead of the
Information
button. However, if you do so,
you will not see any description of the error on screen.
When an alarm or failure has occurred in the heat pump, the alarm symbol is displayed
on screen.
1. Press the
Information
button. A short description of the alarm is displayed on
screen. If there are several alarms in the system, use the settings knob to browse
through them.
2. Press the
OK
button. The text
Reset?
is displayed on screen. The default first
choice for this is
no
.
3. To reset, select
yes
and press the
OK
button. The heat pump resets all alarms and
failures and restarts.
2.12. Configuring electric heater settings
When the heat pump automation determines that the heating circuit temperature is
below its nominal setpoint, it will engage electrical heating until the nominal setpoint
temperature is reached. However, in order to keep the system from continuously
switching electric heating on and off, electric heating is switched off for a period of time
determined by operating line 2881.
Once this set period of time has elapsed, the control system compares the actual
measured temperature to that of the nominal setpoint. A reading is taken once every
minute. When the difference in temperature reaches 100 degree minutes, the control
system switches the electric heater on.
For example, a temperature difference of 5 °C for 20 minutes is 100 degree minutes.
1. Press the
OK
button to access the menu system. A list of menu items appears on
screen.
2. Select
Heat pump
and press the
OK
button. A list of available operating lines
appears on screen.
3. Select operating line
2881: Locking time electric flow
and press the
OK
button.
4. Set the correct value and press the
OK
button.
2.13. Adding heating circuits
By default, there is one heating circuit configured to the heat pump’s control system.
If there are more controllable heating circuits in the heating system, it is possible to
configure the heat pump to control two heating circuits.
1. Connect the temperature sensor and the shunt valve motor of the heating circuit to
be added to the heat pump’s controller.
For more detailed instructions, see wiring diagrams.
2. Change to commissioning user level.
