Starting the WiFi connection
NOTE
Your home must have a 5 GHz wireless router or access point that supports Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
so that the set-top box can correctly associate with your wireless network.

WPS WiFi connection.
When you have activated the WPS system on your router or access point, press the
WPS
button on the
base of your set-top box.
WPS button
This automatically connects your set-top box to your wireless network using WPS.
Note: WPS will remain active for only a limited time to allow this pairing process; please consult the
instructions for your wireless router or access point for information on the length of this limited time.
Regulatory information for WiFi
NOTE
Users should be advised that high-power radars are allocated as primary users (i.e. priority users) of the
bands 5250-5350 MHz and 5470-5725 MHz and that these radars could cause interference and/or damage
to the LE-LAN device.
The device for operation in the band 5150-5250 MHz is only for indoor use to reduce the potential for
harmful interference to co-channel mobile satellite systems.
