This machine has no parts that can be serviced by the user. It should only be manipulated by Official
Service Agents
Before undertaking any maintenance procedures, the equipment should be completely isolated from all
electrical sources, either by turning off the electrical installation at the power point, or disconnecting the
machine’s mains connection lead.
Children do not recognize the dangers associated with machinery. They must be maintained at a safe
distance, and prevented from manipulating it.
People with impaired physical, sensorial or mental capacities, and those who lack appropriate experience,
should not use the machine without the supervision of suitably qualified personnel.
All cleaning procedures should be carried out in accordance with the instructions of this manual.
To ensure correct machine performance, only use Original Parts supplied by the Official Service Agent or by
the Manufacturer.
The Manufacturer declines all responsibility if current legislation of any sort is not enforced in the general
area where the machine is installed.
DAILY MAINTENANCE

Empty and clean the coffee filters.
Place the blind filter (except for the lever model) in a filter holder together with a tablet of special detergent
for coffee machines.
Insert the filter holder in the coffee dispenser head and operate it for about 40 seconds. Repeat this
operation several times until the water issued from the head is clean.
Clean the steam pipe with a damp cloth and purge it several times.
Allow the hot water to flow and clean the drainage tray of all coffee remains that are deposited on the bottom
to prevent fermentation that could originate unpleasant odours.
The outside of the machine should be cleaned with a cloth or absorbent cloth moistened in clean water.
NEVER use detergents or abrasive products.

The filter holders should be located in the groups to maintain them at a constant temperature

Very dark cream, with a
tendency to form pores.
Keypad flashing.
Very fine grinding.
Low pump pressure.
Injector filter dirty or partially
obstructed.
Electronic counter does not
operate correctly.
Excessively fine coffee or lack of
water.
To know whether the flashing is
due to the coffee, because of lack
of water, or the counter, remove
the filter holder and press any
button on the keypad. If the
flashing continues and water is
dispensed, it must be due to the
counter.
All keypads flashing.
Level Safety device has tripped.
Check that the main tap is open.
Place the switch in the
programming position and press
buttons 1 and 3 on the keypad for
the left head.
