Troubleshooting
Problems with sound quality or connecting
If sound quality is not good, please check battery level. If the battery
level is below 10% sound quality will decrease dramatically.
If sound quality is not good when two speakers are connected, please
check battery level or try turning off both speakers. Turn on the main
speaker again (the speaker connected to your Bluetooth device), and
turn on the second speaker afterwards. This procedure also goes for
connectivity problems.
Passcode input is required when pairing with my
device
If Passcode *input is required on the display of the Bluetooth device,
input “0000”. (Notes: Passcode may be called “Passkey”, “PIN code”,
“PIN number” or “Password”.)
Reset WOOFit JAM
If you experience connectivity problems, you can reset the speaker
by pressing both ”PREV Button” and ”NEXT Button” at the same
time.
Connect two WOOFit JAM
speakers for an even greater sound!
It is possible to connect two WOOFit JAM speakers using chip
technology. When two speakers are connected one speaker will play
right side sound, and one speaker will play left side sound.
1. When you have connected one WOOFit JAM speaker to your
device, it will play stereo.
2. Turn on the second WOOFit JAM
3. Double press the M Button on both speakers at the same time
to connect them. You can connect the speakers while playing
music. The speakers are now in pairing mode, and the Connection
Indicator will be flashing red and blue (it might take up to 30
seconds for the speakers to connect). When the speakers are
connected, the Connection Indicator will be flashing blue again.
4. The speakers are now paired. One will play right side sound, and
one will play left side sound.
5. The speakers connected to your device will always play left side
sound.
Attention: When you connect two WOOFit JAM speakers, you may
experience trouble with the connection, which might cause bad
sound. If this happens, please turn off the speaker connected to your
Bluetooth device (the speaker playing left side sound). Turn on the
speaker again, and the problem should be solved.
Back to one speaker
When two WOOFit JAM speakers have been connected, one will
play right side sound, and one will play left side sound. Because of
this, it might be necessary to reset the speakers if you want to go
back to playing on only one speaker.
Reset WOOFit JAM:
1. Press “PREV Button” and “NEXT Button” at the same time.
