TROUBLESHOOTING
If your Dishwasher is not operating as expected, you may find a simple solution listed in the
table below.
If your Dishwasher has developed a fault not covered in this manual, please contact the Servis
helpdesk.
Fault
Possible Cause
Solution
Your Dishwasher does not
operate.
It is switched off at the
mains.
The on/off switch is in the off
position.
The door is not shut properly.
Check that your Dishwasher
is plugged in and turned on at
the mains.
If problem persists check your
indoor fuses.
Press the on/off switch
and select the desired
programme.
Check that the door ‘clicks’
shut.
Your Dishwasher does not
receive water.
The cold water supply tap
is off.
The water fill hose is bent,
twisted, kinked or trapped.
Check that the cold water
supply tap is fully turned on.
Check that there are no
bends, twists or kinks and
that the fill hose is not
trapped.

Your Dishwasher does not
receive water.
The door is not closed
properly.
The water inlet filters are
blocked.
Close the door.
Clean the water inlet filters
(see page 42 for detailed
instructions).
Your Dishwasher is not
draining water.
The drain hose is bent,
twisted, kinked or trapped.
The filters are blocked.
The programme is not
finished.
Check the drain hose and
straighten out any kinks,
twists or bends.
Clean the filters (see page 40
for detailed instructions).
Leave the Dishwasher until
the programme is finished.
Your Dishwasher stops during
a wash operation.
The programme delay is set.
The water fill hose is bent,
twisted, kinked or trapped.
There is a power failure.
Wait for the delay to finish,
or reset the delay period
(see page 31 for detailed
instructions).
Check that there are no
bends, twists or kinks and
that the fill hose is not
trapped.
Wait for the power to come
back on. If necessary, re-run
the programme.
