7. Final testing
Once all the wires have been connected:
1. Plug the loom into the alarm unit.
2. Re-connect the battery terminal.
3. Check the correct working of the system.
The "check control" facility will allow you to test the functions of peripheral protection, movement detection and ignition
lock tamper protection easily and quickly (without causing the alarm to sound) during the 60-sec. arming time. Arm the
system, wait 15 seconds, then simulate an attempt to force the seat or the topcase (if they are protected by contact
switches), try to start the engine, shake the motorcycle repeatedly: these three operations will be followed by audible
signals confirming that the relevant protection functions are working properly. If necessary, adjust the sensitivity of the
movement detector.
4. Finally put the special rubber gasket (A) into the plug protection boot (B) and fasten the boot to the alarm case using the
6 screws that come with the unit.

Is the motorcycle in neutral gear?

Make sure that the motorcycle battery is charged

Some models will only start with the side stand up or the clutch
lever pulled in

installation problem or a problem with the motorcycle
The system is not triggered by
moving/lifting the bike

Has the arming time elapsed?

Is the movement sensor active (not disabled)?

Adjust the movement sensor (see paragraph 6)
