7.2 TROUBLESHOOTING

Electric trouble or failed safety

The machine does not start up

Check the phases.
Master switch OFF or incorrect

Close the switch and check the

Faulty electronic card or

(Mod. water) Lack of
condensing water
Check for the presence of water
in the water supply system to
which the machine is
connected. Check the taps.
Check that the discharge is not
obstructed.
Since the beginning of the
freezing cycle, the compressor
works intermittently
(Mod. air) Dirty air condenser
or faulty fan.
Clean the condenser with a
brush and check the motor
ventilator for correct operation.
During the freezing cycle the
display shows 0 or very low
figures.
The beater turns in the wrong
direction (only for C119 three
phase)
Check the rotation sense and
the electric connections of the
three-phase line (call an
engineer)
Presence of liquid ice-cream in
the drip drawer
