Descriptions
1. Front
Panel
Solid aluminum front panel using Vantage’s custom design.
This design is used in the Vantage 1080HD video switcher,
DMM-4S multi-zone audio distributor and the IRX II units
making it a perfect match in a rack or stack system.
2. Infra-Red
Receiver
Receiver for front panel IR control - Used only for amplifier
control, not IR pass through.
3. Power
Indicator
The power indicator glows blue whenever AC power is
applied.
4.
Color TFT LCD & Resistive Touch Panel
LCD Touch Panel display for menu guided control and
programming. The display is dimmed to "Off" after 15
minutes of inactivity.
5.
Chassis Feet
High* enough to provide unrestricted airflow through the
chassis for convection cooling when placed on an unheated,
solid surface. The 850D-DA amplifier fits in a standard 19
rack 2U space. See Important Safety Instructions for proper
ventilation at the beginning of this document.
*NOTE: Do not place amplifiers on top of each other in linked
configurations, unless 1U of space is provided between each
850D-DA amplifier. Do not place the 850D-DA amplifier on top of
another, third-party amplifier.
