create or
add onto a file called NAMES.

also
illustrates the use of LINE
INPUTt
to
read
strings
with
embedded
commas
from the disk file.
Remember, LINE INPUT#
will read in characters
from
the
disk
until
it
sees
a
carriage
return
(it
does not stop at quotes or commas) or
until it has read 255 characters.
