This product is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date
of purchase. During the warranty period Spectrum will, at its option, either repair or replace products
that prove to be defective. This warranty is void if the Spectrum products have been damaged by
customer error or negligence, or if there has been an unauthorized modification.
Returning Products to Spectrum
Before returning a failed unit, you must obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number from
Spectrum. You must ship the product(s), properly packaged against further damage, back to
Spectrum at your expense. Clearly mark the RGA number on the outside of the package. Spectrum
is not responsible for any package that is returned without a valid RGA number or for the loss of the
package by any shipping company.
Warranty

When communications is successful CD lights solid for about 5 seconds, followed by the
modem powering off.
If the modem cycles TD/RD until two minutes are up, the problem is generally one of the
following:
A.
The connection to the cell tower is poor, and cannot be used to send data. Follow the
process in Step 2 to resolve this issue.
B.
The SIM has not been activated or was not activated for a data plan of the correct type.
If the station was activated by Spectrum Technologies to use their managed plan, then
this has already been tested.
C.
If the modem was configured, one or more of the modem parameters (User, Password,
or APN) are incorrect. Repeat the modem configuration process on page 4, contacting
your wireless provider if necessary.
