DISTILLER MAINTENANCE

WARNING:Alwaysbesuretounplugpowercordfromwalloutletbefore

cleaningorservicingDistiller.

Cleaning Boiler

Rinsetheboilerbeforeeverydistillationcyclewithwarmtapwaterto

removeanylooseresidue.Loosensecuringnutandremovesteambaffle

(fig.D).Halffillboilerwithwarmtapwater,agitateanddiscardthewater.

Thewatershouldbedrainedthroughboilerspout.

Excessivedepositscancausemalfunction.Asscaledepositsbuildup,use

anapprovedcleaner,suchasKLEENWISE,toremovethisdeposit.White

vinegarorautomaticcoffeepotcleanercanalsobeused.DO NOToperate

Distillerwithcleaningsolutioninboiler.Useasoftplasticornylonscour-

ingpadifneeded.DO NOTuseabrasivecleaners,causticacids,steelwool

padsormetalutensils.Wipeoutsideofboilertankwithasoftclothor

spongeandmildsoapywater.

IMPORTANT:WipeoffallwaterdepositsinsidetheDistillerchassisand

ontheoutsideoftheboilerbeforeeachdistillationcycle.

allyorcleanedwithasoftbrushtoremovedustanddebris.
