ADJUSTMENT
The instructions below describe how each part of the home gym system can be adjusted. IMPORTANT: When
attaching the lat bar or nylon strap, make sure that the attachments are in the correct starting position
for the exercise to be performed. If there is any slack in the cable or chain as an exercise is performed,
the effectiveness of the exercise will be reduced.
CHANGING THE WEIGHT SETTING
To change the weight setting, insert the Weight Pin
(63) under one of the Weights (51). Be sure to insert
the Weight Pin until the bent end of the Weight Pin is
touching the Weights, and turn the bent end down-
ward. The weight setting can be changed from 12.5
pounds to 125 pounds, in increments of 12.5 pounds.
Note: Due to the cables and pulleys, the actual
amount of resistance at each exercise station will
vary from the weight setting.
Note: 1 kg = 2.2 pounds.
ADJUSTING THE PRESS ARM
To adjust the Press Arm (7), remove the Short “L”-Pin
(14). Slide the Press Arm out of the Press Arm Lever
(8). Rotate the Press Arm so that the handles are
pointed up or down, as needed for the exercise to be
performed. Align the sets of holes in the Press Arm
and the Press Arm Lever. Re-insert the Short Lock
Pin.
For some exercises, you will need to remove the
Press Arm (7). Remove the Short “L”-Pin (14). Slide
the Press Arm out of the Press Arm Lever (8). Re-
insert the Short Lock Pin into the holes in the Press
Arm for safekeeping.
ATTACHING AND REMOVING THE BACKREST
Set the end of the Backrest Frame (28) onto the indi-
cated bracket on the Base (45). Align the holes in the
Backrest Frame with the holes in the bracket on the
Base. Insert the Lock Pin (67) and turn the Pin so
that it locks in place on the Base.
For some exercises, the Backrest Frame (28) must
be removed. First, disconnect the s-hook on the Long
Cable (18) from the Leg Lever (37). Next, remove the
Lock Pin (67) from the Backrest Frame (28) and Base
(45). Lift the Backrest Frame off the Base.
