Before fitting the casing, soak it in warm water for about 10
minutes.

Fit the wet casing onto the sausage stuffing tube

Make sure not to clog the ventilation openings in the tube.
The meat mass filling the casing cannot be
“too rare”. Large amount of fluids can cause
their leakage and penetration inside the mincer.

The shredder is equipped with two drums to grate into small
and bigger chips (cheese, carrot, celery, baked beetroots,
etc.). The third grating drum (slicing drum) is used to grate
vegetables (potatoes, onions, cucumbers, etc.). The fourth
grating drum (pulping drum) is used to grate fruit and
vegetables (potatoes, beetroots, etc.) into pulp.

The vegetable cube cutter is the shredder’s additional
accessory. It is used for dicing
cooked
vegetables, such as
potatoes, beetroots, carrots, celery, parsley, etc. Cook all
vegetables before dicing. When cooked, cut large vegetables
into smaller pieces so that they fit into the dicing insert

WORKING WITH THE SHREDDER

Release the locking tab

and insert one of the grating
drums with the coupling facing the inside of the body.

Snap the locking tab

Attach the shredder body

in the same way as the
mincer body.

Cut large products into smaller elements, which you can
be easily put into the shredder body.
●
Do not grate soft fruits containing hard stones.
●
When the work is finished turn off and unplug the
appliance.
●
Remove the food remaining in the shredder body or
inside the grating drum with a wooden spoon.
The blades of the drums do not require any
regeneration.

VEGETABLE CUTTER OPERATION
The blades of the cube cutter drum are
extremely sharp. Handle carefully.

Release the locking tab

coupling facing the inside of the body.

Snap the locking tab.

Fit the shredder body onto the mincer drive and turn until
it clicks into place.

Fit the feed tray

and the dicing insert

Guide the vegetables through the feed tube using the
pusher
(11)

The pusher (11) is intended for use only with
the dicing insert. Never use the pusher (11)
without the dicing insert (10) placed on the
body (6).
Cut large products into smaller pieces that can
easily fit into the dicing insert (10).

When finished, turn off and unplug the appliance.
●
Remove any food remaining in the drum or dicing insert
using a wooden spoon.
●
Disassemble the cube cutter.
To remove the dicing insert (10) first pull out
the feed tray (7).
Never use the appliance for dicing any raw
vegetables.
If the products are too soft (overcooked), they
may not be diced as well as intended.
Juicer
The juicer is an accessory for some types of mincers.
It allows squeezing juice from fruits such as: raspberries,
currants, strawberries, gooseberry and additionally from
grapes and tomatoes. Berry fruits such as currants can
be squeezed with stalks. Fruits with large stones, such as
plums, cherries etc. can be squeezed in the appliance after
removing the stones.
