This product is warranted against defects for a period of 1 year. If the product is faulty, Balco will repair or
replace the product (at its discretion) at no cost to you provided the product has been used in accordance with
instructions provided. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies
under consumer law in relation to these goods.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Australia, phone 1300 663 907. If a defect appears within the warranted period, you are entitled to claim a
warranty.

When making a return, contact Balco Lifestyle via phone or email to register your claim and identify the fault.
You will be responsible for any expenses associated with making a claim under this warranty (including
postage). When returning a faulty product, please include your contact details, the original or copy of your
proof of purchase, explanation of the fault and ensure the product is properly packaged to ensure no damage
occurs during transport.
Upon receipt of your of your valid warranty claim, a replacement will be issued sent to your nominated address
at no cost to you.
