• Addsoysauce,honey,five-spicepowder,crushedgarlic,gingerandsesameoilintoabowl,
stirandaddthechicken.Marinadethechickenwings/drumsticksforatleast2hours.Turning
piecesnowandthen.Arrangeinasinglelayerontherackinthehalogenovenandcookat400°C
(200°F)for15minutesforwings,20minutesforlegs,30minutesforthighs.Turnandcookuntil
goldenbrown.

stirwell.Brushvealwithsoftbutter.Seasonwellandaddgarlic.Placevealonahighrackinthe
halogenoven,cookat350°C(175°F)for20minutes,turnandbrushmeatagainthistimewith
preparedsauceandcookfor40minutesat320°C(160°F).Turnandbrushagainandcookfora
furtherapproximately40minutesuntilready.
