1 Decrease top air by adjusting upper damper “up”
2 Decrease cooking time
3 Decrease temperature .
Pizza Top Too Light
1 Increase top air by adjusting upper damper “down” .

Pizza Bottom too Dark
1 Decrease bottom air by adjusting lower damper “down
2 Decrease cooking time
3 Decrease temperature
