7 FAQ
1. Q: How do I know if the power supply to IHC6220 is working normally?
A: After you plug the device to the power source, wait about 10 seconds for the
indicators in the touch button area to turn on. Approximately 60 seconds later, all
indicators will turn on indicating the device is working correctly.
2. Q: You pressed the touch button, and the indicator turned on but the VTO did not start
a call. Why?
A: Check to assure you have successfully synced your IHC6220 with one of our
Indoor Monitors. Assure under the 'VTH Status' that you are connected to it.
Re-check all network cabling is good and all devices can communicate on the same
network.
3. Q: How do I end a call when I'm already calling?
A: You can end a call by touching the call button on IHC6220 again.
4. Q: The device could not boot up and there was no sound or light.
A: Please check if power supply is well plugged and the correct supply is being used.
5. Q: My call did not go though. Why?
A: This is most likely network related. Assure all devices in questions are properly
addressed and can access the same network.
6. Q: IHC6220 did not respond to my IC Card that should be registered. Why?
A: Please check if your card is authorized. The card could have become faulty or
expired. Please attempt to re-register the IC Card in question.
7. Q: I heard a beep sound when I swiped IC card, but the door did is still locked. Why?
A: The card may not be authorized. Again, check to be sure the card did not go faulty
or it may have expired.
8. Q: I have other problems not included above.
A: Please reference our other user manuals and guides. Call our support center.
