7. To replace or check Cycle Switch, 15A, DPST, 3-Position, Manual/Standby/Automatic.
Manual position will run pump motor constantly for washing hard to clean items or for deliming machine.
Place cycle switch into manual position only after machine has filled.
Standby or center position of cycle switch will allow the door to be opened and closed without starting a
dishwashing cycle. Machine will still maintain proper temperatures.
Auto position of cycle switch allows operator to automatically start a dishwashing cycle by opening and
closing the door of the dishwasher. Cycle switch must be in auto position to fill machine.
A. To check switch if it fails to operate.

The booster tank heater is located at the front - left side of the dishwasher behind the kick panel. Heater is
flange mounted to threaded studs on booster tank with rubber gaslket.
A. To test the heater, use an amprobe and check each lead to the heater for proper amperage draw.
(1) Approximately 39.42 Amps @ 208V - 34.16 Amps @ 240V
(2) Replace heater if amperage is not correct.
B. To replace booster tank heater.
(1) Disconnect power to dishwasher.

9. To replace or adjust booster heater thermostat.
A probe-direct sensing type thermostat with adjustable set point and adjustable range is used for rinse heat
regulating. The thermostat operates a precision single double throw switch via lever for close tolerance
narrow differential switching capability. The unit has screw driver adjustment and front
