Jeep 2009 Wrangler Owner's Manual - page 6
Taking ownership of a new vehicle is a
signifi cant event for your customer. The goal of
Delivery is to make certain the customer is
completely satisfi ed with the vehicle and excited
about owning it. There are two steps in
this process:
• Reinforce the wisdom of their
purchase decision
• Make sure the customer fully understands how
to operate their vehicle
To support their purchase decision, remind them
of all the features that make their vehicle unique.
By reviewing these features and their benefi ts,
you can make a product advocate out of
your customer.
The second step is to demonstrate features.
Show how a feature operates, then ask the
customer to perform the same operation to be
sure they understand it.
