Cannellini Bean Dip
Makes 1 small bowl

Parsley, stems removed and chopped

Fresh Salsa
Makes 1 small bowl

Red onion

Garlicclove,peeled

Tomatoes, ripe

Coriander leaves
1 small bunch
Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp
Salt
good pinch
1. Chop up the onion, add garlic and pulse until desired size
2. Quarter tomatoes add to Mini Chopper, add coriander and pulse
3. Add balsamic vinegar and salt. Mix and serve.
Apple Sauce
Makes enough for four people as an accompaniment

Small cooking apple, peeled and cored

Butter

1. Put apple, spices and sugar in the Mini Chopper and blitz roughly
2. Transfer to a pan with 4 tbsp water and the butter
3. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes until apple softens but still retains its shape
4. If a thinner sauce is required, add more water
5. The sauce will keep in a fridge for one week
TROUBLESHOOTING
The following are some common problems that can occur when using the Mini Chopper. Please
review the problems, their possible cause and any corrective action that should be taken to ensure
successful chopping

The machine is assembled but
when you press the control
button it does not start
All the parts are not correctly
aligned and in place.
Switch off power at socket,
check the bowl is locked
in position, that the blade
spindle is fully in place and
the lid is engaged correctly.
Switch on power and try
again
Liquid being blended is
leaking from around the lid
There is too much liquid in
the bowl.
Only half fill the bowl and
then blend again.
Machine is struggling to chop
coffee beans
This chopper is not designed
to chop hard foods.
