Controller does not power up.
My phones ring but they do not communicate
with the outside doorstation.
My phones do not ring, but when I answer the
phone I have communication to the door station.
I have a dial tone feedback at the speaker when
door speaker button is pressed.
When pressing

for monitoring any
of the connected door station speaker(s) you get
an operator recording (e.g. "this is an invalid
number") and you have no communication to the
speaker.

Controller powers up but red LED does not flash,
it is solid.
Controller powers up, red LED is flashing, but the
door station does not power up, the phones do
not ring, and there is no communication.

Please check these items before calling for support.

1)Check your AC voltage and power adapter,
confirm LED light is flashing.
2)Check power connection into the unit.
1)The unit may have locked up, unplug the power
adapter and reconnect after 10 seconds.
2)Check for a short between the red and green
wire going to door station.
1)The red and green wire to the door station is
either reversed, has a short, or has a break in
connection. (verify this by plugging the door
station in another available speaker relay port).
1)The line you are connected on may have high
speed DSL internet on it. This will create
interference. A properly installed LX-DSL3F high
speed filter is required.
1)The ringer may be disabled. Please refer to
User Guide to enable the ringer.
2)There may be too many phones which
the unit is trying to ring. unplug a few phones to
verify.
1)Reverse the in and out on the RJ31X/CA38A
data jack.
1)You have the unit in parallel with the phones on
the C/O line.
2)The phone may not be touch tone compatible.
3)The controller may be wired on the wrong
phone line.
