PNI B5000 User Manual - Trouble Shooting:
If the receiver is too far from transmitter, the system cannot work
properly. You will hear “ beep beep” sound which is Out of range alert.
At the same time all volume LEDs flash simultaneously . In this case,
you have to put the two units nearer to each other.
If the receiver is too close to the transmitter, an acoustic feedback
might be heard. In this case, you have to either put the two units a bit
farther away from each other, or turn down the volume of the receiver.
A background noise from the receiver may mean that the batteries are
exhausting and they need to be replaced. Check that if power LED
turns into orange color, it means it needs to be replaced if it is the case.

Hearing much background noise
when operating the baby monitor
with batteries.
Please check if the battery
becomes weak. It is better to
replace for a new battery if power
LED turns into orange color
No response from the receiver
suddenly.
If there is no voice from the baby
unit surrounding, the baby unit
will stop transmitting the signal to
the parent unit. The parent unit is
in VOX mode (standby mode).
When there is voice again from
the baby unit, it will trigger the
parent unit to work again.
Poor signal
Please make sure the baby &
parent units are not out of range.
In extreme case, you can try to
