[ DATE ] Month, Date, Day
The displays shows the current month, date and day.
TO SET THE DATE.
Use the MODE button to advance to the Date mode.
(Note: You have 60 seconds to complete each setting, if longer is taken
the watch automatically returns to the prior setting and you must start
again.)
• Press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds, the year will flash. Press
MODE to advance the year.
• Push SET button, the month will flash. Press MODE to advance the
month.
• Push SET button, the date will flash. Press MODE to advance the date.
• Push SET button, the date will be locked in and the day will be also
shown.
[ AL ] Alarm Mode:
TO SET THE ALARM.
Use the MODE button to advance to the Alarm mode.
(Note: You have 60 seconds to complete each setting,
if longer is taken the watch automatically returns to the prior setting and
you must start again.)
• Press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds, the hour will flash. Press
MODE to advance the hour.
• Push SET button, the 10 to 50 minutes will flash. Press MODE to
advance the minutes.
• Push SET button, the 1 to 9 minutes will flash. Press MODE to advance
the minutes.
• Push SET button, the alarm (
) and hourly chime (
) symbols will be
displayed and they will be flashing. If you want both to be on, press SET
and all will be locked in.
By pressing the MODE button you can choose to turn them both off.
Press MODE again and the alarm symbol (
) will flash, press again and
the chime symbol (
) will flash.
Upon choosing your function press SET to lock all in.
