Cleaner won’t run
Power cord not firmly pushed into a
mains socket.
Plug cord in firmly.
Blown house fuse or tripped circuit
breaker.
Check fuse/breaker. Replace fuse or
reset breaker.
Vacuum won’t pick up/loss of
suction
Dirty water tank is not installed correctly.
Refer to page 10 for fitting information.
Dirty water tank is full.

Broken or worn belt.
Replace the belt.
Brush roll is worn.
Replace the brush roll.
Nozzle/dirt passage is clogged.
Remove obstruction.
