Handi-Roller®
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
CAUTION!
You should only use the Handi-Roller® for diluted liquids and dilutable
paints, such as water soluble, latex and acrylic paints, as not all
components are solvent resistant. To ensure as long a useful life as
possible of your Handi-Roller®, it should be thoroughly cleaned
immediately after each use.
SETUP
Assemble roller cover, core and cap.
Attach assembly to the roller arm, making sure the roller assembly snaps into the locking tab(a).
Press the quick-release tabs on the unit (a) and attach the arm to the handle.
Slide the large end of the fill tube through the can clip.
Attach the clip to the side of the paint can, making sure that the fill tube is submerged into the paint.
FILLING THE HANDI-ROLLER®
Turn the switch on the main handle to FILL.
Turn the switch on the main handle to FILL.
PRIMING THE HANDI-ROLLER®
Leave switch on FILL and push plunger tube forward until you see paint coming through the roller cover.
Once paint appears, flip switch to APPLY and begin rolling.
Squeeze Power Trigger® for additional paint as needed.
Do not oversaturate the roller. Refill Handi-Roller® as necessary to complete
project. During extended break periods, wrap your roller cover in a plastic bag to
keep it from drying out.
CLEANUP
When cleaning the Handi-Roller®, it is very important that you use the appropriate cleaning solution
for the type of paint you are using.
- If you are using latex paint, clean the Handi-Roller® with warm, soapy water.
- If you are using oil-based paint, clean the Handi-Roller® with mineral spirits.
Turn the switch on the main tube to FILL. Pull plunger back to draw remaining paint from roller arm into
the tube.
Press fill valve onto fill tube. Push plunger forward to return excess paint to can.

Press locking tab and remove roller cover assembly from the arm.
b) Insert thumb to first knuckle,
PRY and PULL the cap from the roller cover. Once the cap is
removed,
PUSH the roller core out the other end. Clean with the appropriate cleaning solution.
Remove fill tube from the clip and insert it into the fill valve. Submerge fill tube into appropriate cleaning
solution. Pull/push plunger 5 times.
Submerge fill valve and roller arm into cleaning solution. Pull/push plunger 5 times
Submerge the connecting area and the fill valve into cleaning solution. Pull/push plunger 5 times.
