ROTISSERIE: (Optional Extra - POA)
This is a battery operated unit and is mounted on the rods at the left and right hand sides of the fire.
1.
Slide one of the Holding Forks onto each end of the Rotisserie Spit. Adjust the spacing between the Holding
Forks to accommodate your food, then tighten the thumbscrews to keep the food in place.
2.
Place the spiked end into the Rotisserie Rod holder and place inside the firebox. This sits on the BBQ hot
plate and turns freely.
3.
Install the Rotisserie Motor onto the bracket. Place the handle end of the Rotisserie Rod into the slot on the
Motor. After cooking, you can remove the motor and insert the handle onto the end to remove the Rotisserie
from the fire.
Note:Cooking times will vary due to the type of food and the size of the fire
DAVIT: (Optional Extra POA)
The use of the davit is to allow a pot to be swung in over the ember bed for boiling water or cooking in.
The Height of the Davit can be set by the pin in the side of
the rod on the left or right of the fire.
