DISASSEMBLY OF VACUUM CLEANER AND ITS COMPONENTS
Disassembly of the 619 type vacuum cleaner
Disassembly should be carried out on a table covered with a clean felt or other soft
material; be careful not to scratch plastic parts.
- Remove the front container after releasing the catch button 60 and raising the upper cover.
- With the open and vertically positioned upper cover remove the rear container; for this
purpose, holding it by the side walls lift it slightly up, and then pull back.
- From the upper cover 62 unscrew the four screws 71, which secure it to the handle 53, then
put the cover back into the horizontal position and remove the handle.
- To remove the cover 59 from the upper cover, disconnect the wiring harness from switches
55 and 57.
- Remove the cover 59, slightly push in the catches of the switch handle 58 and pull out the
handle along with switches and switch guards 54 and 56. Remove the cover from the switch
handle and push out the switch.
- Tighten the catches of the flexy tube 10 grommet and push it through the hole in the upper
cover, gently unfold the catches which position the cover catch 60 and remove the cover
catch and then the spring 68.
- Lift up the cover, loosen the screws 72 and remove the catches 7 and 8 and the upper
cover 62.
- Remove the rubber seal 61 attachedthe cover.
- Next, undo the four screws 72, whichsecure the side strip 6, remove the cover 35 and
detach the pipe 36 from the inlet stub pipe 4,andpull out the inlet stub pipe 4 and outlet
gasket 5.
- For a vacuum cleaner fitted with a cord rewinder, pull the plug through the hole in the plug
pocket and pull out the plug pocket 26.
-Next, press the catch in the outer filter guard 40 (applicable to vacuum cleaners type 619.5
and 619.6) or 42 (for vacuum cleaners type 619.5S) and remove it along with the filter 18 (for
vacuum cleaners type 619.6 and 619.5) or 41 (for vacuum cleaners type 619.5S).
-Detach the motor upper guard 9. For this purpose, remove the four screws 72 and lift up
the upper guard.
- Remove the rubber gasket 14 from thebottom guard, and the upper gasket 11 from the
suction assembly 12; lift up the suction assembly 12 to detach power wires,
disconnect them and remove the suction assembly.
- Remove the shock absorber 13 and the barrier 15 from the lower guard.
- Lift up the lower guard 16 and detach the self-adhesive shock absorber 34, detach the
capacitator 64. Pull put the pump 32, remove the set of pump wires 29 and the fuse 27.
- Release the clamp band 69, remove the pipe 36, elbow-pipette 33 and valve with pipe 44
and elbow 30; then, remove the shock absorber 31.
- Undo the screws 71, release the stay wire 20, remove the 2-pole connector 19, disconnect
electrical connections and remove the power cord 22 (in vacuum cleaners type 619.6).
- Pull out the cord rewinder 23 and detach the gasket 37 (in vacuum cleaners type 619.5 and
619.5S).
- Raise the base 43, remove the valve with pipe 44 from the bottom.
- Pull out rear wheels 46 and remove wheel caps 47 from them. Rotate the base by 180
°;
undo screws 72 and pull out front wheels 45.
- To separate the interlock 38 from outer filter guard 40 press the catch in the interlock, and
remove the interlock and spring 39.
