Troubleshooting
Camera cannot be registered or wireless connection cannot be selected.
Camera is in shooting mode
z
Change to Playback mode
Unable to register the target camera in your camera.
Registration limit exceeded in [Target
Device]
z
A maximum of 7 new target devices can be
registered in [Target Device]. If you wish to
register additional devices, use [Delete
Registration] to delete target devices you no
longer use. For instructions on how to delete
target devices refer to the Camera User Guide
(Advanced): Deleting Target Devices (p. 104).
The wireless connection has become
weak
z
Do not use near a microwave oven or any other
device that emits radio waves.
z
Do not place the two cameras far apart.
z
Do not place anything between the two cameras.
Unable to transfer images.
There is no free space left in the
memory card of the receiving camera.
z
Insert a new memory card.
z
If required, download the images to a computer
and erase them from the memory card to make
space.
The SD memory card is write-protected.
z
Slide the write protect tab of the SD memory card
upward.
Menu, Delete, Jump or Movie Playback
screen is displayed on the receiving
camera.
z
Display the still image playback screen.
Wireless connection is disconnected.
The wireless connection has become
weak.
z
Do not use near a microwave oven or any other
device that emits radio waves.

Do not place the two cameras far apart.

Do not place anything between the two cameras.
When a large volume of images (around
1000) is stored in the memory card, it
may not be possible to establish a
wireless connection.

Download necessary images from the memory
card to a computer and erase them from the
memory card to make space.
