Home-made sausages
Ingredients:
Pork fillet – 300 g
Beef fillet – 300 g
Pork lard – 200 g
Onion – 200 g
Garlic – 50 g
Olive oil
Salt, spices
Natural casing
Chop meat, lard and onions. Assemble a meat grinder according to user manual and set 7 mm disc. Mince meat, lard, onions and garlic with the
meat grinder, add salt and spices and mix thoroughly. Set the sausage attachment according to user manual. Put natural casing on the attachment
and fix the edge of casing. Stuff the casing with ground meat mincing it with the meat grinder. Control the size of sausage and fix the sausage
edges with a thread. Place ready sausages on a hot pan and fry with olive oil until they are ready. Mind to turn the sausages over.
Beefsteak
Ingredients:
Beef fillet – 600 g
Onion – 100 g
Egg – 50 g / 1 pc
Milk – 100 ml
Salt, spices
Olive oil
Chop beef and onions. Assemble a meat grinder according to user manual and set 7 mm disc. Mince beef and onions with the meat grinder. Add
egg, milk, salt and spices into ground beef and mix thoroughly. Make 1 cm thick beefsteaks. Fry the beefsteaks with olive oil until they are golden
brown. Then cook them till ready in an oven. Serve with butter and fried egg.
Chicken balls
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet – 600 g
Onion – 100 g
Butter – 50 g
Salt, spices
Chop chicken fillet. Dice onions finely and fry with butter till golden brown. Assemble a meat grinder according to user manual and set 3 mm disc.
Mince chicken fillet and fried onions with the meat grinder. Add salt, spices and mix thoroughly. Make 12-15 g meat balls of minced meat. You may
deep freeze the meat balls or cook them. You could serve meat balls as a main course if boil them for 15 minutes in salted water, or could add
them to soup or ragout.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Switch off the appliance and make sure that the motor has stopped completely.
Unplug the appliance.
Disassemble by reversing the assembling steps (fig.12).
Press locking button and turn the whole grinder head in the direction of the arrow.
Remove the pusher and tray (fig. 13).
Clean all the attachments and parts right after use.
Do not immerse motor unit, plug and power cord in water or keep in running water.
Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
Wash all the parts that have come in contact with meat in warm soapy water.
Do not use abrasives, chlorine containing substances or organic solvents.
The metal parts of the meat grinder are not to be washed in the dishwasher!
Do not wash all metal parts with hot water which temperature above 40
℃. Because it will accelerate metal parts oxidation.
After washing please use dry cloth to wipe the metal parts.
Wipe all the cutting parts (cutting knife, cutting plates) with vegetable oil.
If the meat grinder won't be used for a long time, please wipe all the metal parts by vegetable oil-wet dishcloth.
