What does it mean?
How to react
No lights are on
Power cable is not connected
Connect power cable
Error light is blinking
•
Button pressed for more than
10 seconds
•
Grip sensors are held during
the start up test
•
No cartridge level indication
•
Release button (system will
return to standby mode)
•
Place applicator in cradle. Press
power on again
•
Pull out cartridge and re-insert.
If not working, insert a new
cartridge
eloˉs level lights are blinking + IPL
light pulses stop
Ambient temperature is too
high
Press
eloˉs button again.
If not working, move to a cooler
area less than 30º Celcius / 86º
Fahrenheit
Continuous error light
Need to reset the system
Reset.
Disconnect power cord.
Wait until all lights are off (up to 2
mins).
Reconnect the power cord and
turn on the system
No
eloˉs pulse
Not touching grip sensors. RF
bars not in contact with the
treated area.
eloˉs button is not pressed.
In order for the system to emit
eloˉs
pulses, make sure all 3 conditions
(
eloˉs button on, touching grip
sensors and RF bars in contact
with the skin) are met
eloˉs white light on applicator is
blinking
eloˉs slot is empty
Insert
eloˉs protective cap or eloˉs
cartridge
If none of these suggested measures seem to help, contact the HoMedics Service Centre for support
