Voyants LED TUNING GUIDE
• la qualité ou le volume sonore diminue ;
• l’accordeur ne répond pas lorsque vous le mettez sous tension ;
tension ;

[Using the SRTn notch filter and SRTc ANTI-FEEDBACK
FREQ.]
First set your SRTn preamp or SRTc preamp to the following settings.
1
TREBLE, MIDDLE, BASS: Adjust to achieve the desired sound.
2
VOLUME: As high as you like it but without feedback.
3
NOTCH FREQ.(SRTn): Turn the knob to the lowest frequency
(fully counter-clockwise).
ANTI-FEEDBACK FREQ.(SRTc): Move the slide to the lowest
frequency (to the 100-Hz side).
Next, use the following procedure to make the correct settings. (SRTn:fig.7,
SRTc:fig.8)
1. Turn up the volume slowly, then stop at the point when feedback occurs.
2. At the point that feedback begins, press the PHASE switch (SRTn) or
PHASE REVERSE switch (SRTc). (It does not matter which position
the PHASE switch,or PHASE REVERSE switch, was in to start with.)
3. If you can avoid feedback by pressing the PHASE switch, or PHASE
REVERSE switch, try raising the VOLUME slightly in that state. If
feedback does not occur even after you've raised the volume to the desired
level, then you can simply enjoy playing your instrument. If you are still
unable to avoid feedback, then proceed to step 4.
4. (SRTn) Slowly turn the NOTCH FREQ. knob towards the right to find
the point at which feedback is minimized.
When you find it, leave the knob at that point, adjust the VOLUME as
desired within a range that does not cause feedback, and then enjoy
playing your instrument.
(SRTc) Slowly turn the ANTI-FEEDBACK FREQ. slider toward the
right to find the point at which feedback is minimized. When you find it,
leave the slider at that point, adjust the VOLUME as desired within a
range that does not cause feedback, and then enjoy playing your
instrument.

Tuner functions
TUNER ON/OFF SWITCH
(SST, SRTn, SRTc, SPT, SPTII, Ibanez Onboard Tuner)
Power is turned on or off by each press of this switch. The tuner will
turn off automatically after 5 minutes. (You can turn this on even if a
cable is not connected.)
(AEQ210T)
Pressing this button will alternately turn the tuning meter ON/OFF.
The tuning meter will not turn off automatically, so when you have
finished tuning, you should press the "TUNER" switch once again to
turn off the tuner. (You can turn this on even if a cable is not connected.)
( AEQ200T, AEQ200MT, AEQ202T)
Pressing this button will alternately turn the tuning meter on/off. It can
be turned on only if a guitar cable is plugged into the guitar jack. The
tuning meter will not turn off automatically, so when you've finished
tuning, you should press the "TUNER" switch once again to turn off
the tuner.
While the tuner is operating, the output will be muted; no sound will be
produced from the guitar's output jack.
A protection circuit will operate immediately after the power is turned
on, so the tuner may not respond to a softly played note. Play the first
note aggressively in order to activate the tuner.
TUNER ON
TUNER OFF
NOTE INDICATOR LEDs
A
B
C
D
E
F
G
These LEDs indicate the note of the strings you are playing. When tuning
sharp or flat notes such as G#, both the G indicator and the # indicator will
light up. If the note shown on the note indicator LED is different from the
one you wish, try tightening or loosening the string until the correct LED
lights up. Be careful not to tighten the strings too much (over tune) as the
strings may break. When in doubt, it is better to tune down and loosen the
strings and then tune back up to find the desired pitch.
[Utilizzo del filtro notch SRTn e del filtro SRTc ANTI-
FEEDBACK FREQ.]
Innanzitutto, regolare il preamplificatore SRTn o SRTc sui seguenti valori.
1
TREBLE, MIDDLE, BASS: Regolare a piacere in base al timbro
desiderato.
2
bassa (completamente in senso antiorario).
(SRTn) o PHASE REVERSE (SRTc). (La posizione iniziale degli switch
PHASE e PHASE REVERSE è irrilevante).

Funzioni dell’accordatore
INTERRUTTORE DELL’ACCORDATORE
(SST, SRTn, SPT, Accordatore onboard Ibanez)
nota suonata in modo blando. Suonare la prima nota in modo energico
per attivare l'accordatore.

Attenzione a
LED DI GUIDA ALL’ACCORDATURA
Note
interruptor PHASE (SRTn) o PHASE REVERSE (SRTc). (No importa

Fonctions d’accord
Commutateur TUNER ON/OFF

TUNING GUIDE LEDs
When the string is in tune, the green LED in the middle will light up. If
the pitch of the string is flat, the red LED on the left will light up. If the
pitch of the string is sharp, the red LED on the right will light.
Notes
Replace the batteries if you notice any of the following things.
• Decreased sound quality or volume
• The tuner does not respond when you turn it on
• The LEDs do not operate when you turn on the tuner
• The battery check LED is lit or blinking
To prevent the battery from being consumed needlessly, disconnect the
plug from the output jack when you’re not using the guitar.
