Digital input 2 (fan min. limit)
You can block fan stages 0 and 1 via an external, voltage-free make contact, e.g., a room
or external thermostat.
Digital input activated:
Enable blocked (digital input 1):
- Fan stage 2 is selected.
- The electric heating coil is turned on.
- The control panel is inactive
Enable granted (digital input 1):
- Minimum limit of fan stage in stage 2
- It is possible to use the control panel to switch between stage 2 and stage 3.
- The electro heating coil is turned on and cannot be turned off via the control unit.
Digital input deactivated:
- If deactivated during the heating mode, the electric heating coil is turned off and the
fan continues running for 2 minutes in stage 1.
- Enable (digital input 1) see description of digital input 1 (external enable)
Digital input priorities:
Digital input 2 has a higher priority than digital input 1
Status messages:
The yellow LED on the board displays the following status messages:
- LED lights up: Digital input 1 (activation) is enabled and digital input 2 (fan minimum
limit) is disabled
- LED flashes: Digital input 2 (fan minimum limit) is enabled The status of digital input 1
(activation) is irrelevant
- LED flashes quickly: Digital input 1 (activation) is disabled and digital input 2 (fan
minimum limit) is disabled
- LED off: current has been interrupted.
Check (measure) the voltage at the connection terminals.
Check the fuses provided by the customer.
Check the fuse on the board.
12.4 Number of speed stages in the three control stages
Door air curtains can be switched between 5 stages as standard. Using the radio remote
control, the door air curtain can be operated in any of 3 stages. In the factory, fan stages
2, 3 and 5 are active (factory connection). There is a possibility of selecting other fan speeds
on the terminal strip by swapping the plugs of the individual fan stages (see example).
Caution! When selecting the speed stages, be sure to observe the following rule:
Speed stage 1 < speed stage 2 < speed stage 3
Factory connection:
Speed change:
Example: The fan stages should be changed over at stages 1, 4 and 5.
