Function Selection (Source)
•
To select between CD, USB, radio, and AUX modes, repeatedly press the Source button on the
unit or the according button on the remote control.
Volume Control
•
Increase the volume by pressing the Volume + button on the unit or the remote control.
•
Decrease the volume by pressing the Volume - button on the unit or the remote control.
Mute
•
To mute the sound, press the
Mute button on the unit or the remote control. Press the button
again to turn the sound back on.
Dynamic Bass Boost (DBB)
•
This feature enhances the bass performance. Press the DBB button on the unit or the remote
control to activate/de-activate this feature.
Equalizer (EQ)
•
This unit is equipped with 5 different equalizer presets (FLAT, ROCK, CLASSIC, POP, JAZZ).
•
To select between these presets, repeatedly press the EQ button on the unit or the remote con-
trol.
Display Dimmer
•
The display brightness can be adjusted in 3 levels (high, medium, low).
•
To select between these levels, repeatedly press the Dimmer button on the unit, or press and
hold for 3 seconds the Dimmer button on the remote control.
Display Modes
•
Press the Disp button while in standby mode to show the date.
•
Press the Disp button while in a playback mode (CD or USB) to show the time. When the disc or
USB contains ID3 tags, press the button repeatedly to display ID3 info (e. g. artist, song name,
album name).
•
Press the Disp button while in AUX mode to display the time. The display will switch back after 3
seconds.
•
Press the Disp button while in radio mode to display RDS info (see chapter “Radio”).

Time and date must be set while the unit is in standby mode.

Press and hold the
Clock Set button for 2 seconds to enter the clock setting mode.
The year
starts flashing. Select the current year using the buttons

Press the
Clock Set button again. The month
starts flashing. Select the current month
using the buttons

Press the
Clock Set button again. The day
starts flashing. Select the current day using
the buttons

4.
Press the
Clock Set button again. The hour format
starts flashing. Select the desired
hour format (24h or 12h) using the buttons

5.
Press the
Clock Set button again. The hour
starts flashing. Select the current hour
using the buttons

6.
Press the
Clock Set button again. The minute
starts flashing. Select the current minute
using the buttons

7.
Press the
Clock Set button again. Time and date are now set and the time is being
displayed.
