FAULT IDENTIFICATION AND ELIMINATION

Fault
Body battery does not charge when
connected to 230 V network
12 V operation of refrigerator not possible
during travel
230 V operation of refrigerator not possible
Possible cause
Battery voltage too low
Connector contacts and connections faulty
12 V switch on refrigerator off
Fuse has triggered
Refrigerator or cabling faulty
Relay in charging device faulty
Bad electrical contacts (too loose)
Fuse triggered
Remedy
Charge body battery, start motor and allow
to run for approx. 30 seconds.
Battery voltage rises over 12 V and charging
starts.
Check and eliminate fault if necessary
Take switch A into 12 V position (Page 5-8)
Replace fuse (Page 6-2)

Check and correct fault if necessary
Switch on circuit breaker
