Additional software and documentation

for the Kvaser CAN hardware. Includes full documentation and many sample
programs, written in C, C++, C#, Delphi, and Visual Basic. All Kvaser CAN
interface hardware shares a common software API. Programs written for one
device type will run without modification on other device types!
