The device registers the maximum and minimum values of the mains voltage, storing them in the memory.
To view these values, simultaneously press Umin/- and Umax/+ buttons briefly. After that, the display will
consistently show: the maximum voltage code; the maximum value of the voltage; minimum voltage code; minimum
value of mains voltage. Then the device returns to the mains voltage value displaying.
After viewing, the RN-122 resets the previously saved mains voltage values and registers new ones.
When you turn on the device for the first time, the minimum value of the mains voltage will be "0". In the event
of the device shutdown or power outage, the minimum value of the mains voltage will also be "0".
When the device is disconnected, all previously registered mains voltage values are reset.
Device overheating protection
The device protection against overheating is provided in RN-122. If the temperature inside the device housing
rises above 85
°С, the code “
” will appear on the display, the ON LED will be off and the protected equipment
will be off.
In this case it is necessary:
– unplug the device from the power socket;
– let it cool down;
– check the reliability of the connection of the plug and socket of RN-122 to the mains socket and the protected
equipment, as well as the absence of carbon deposits;
– check whether the power of the connected equipment exceeds 3.6 kW;
– switch on again.
If the code “
” appears frequently on the display, contact the place of purchase or the manufacturer.
4. MAINTENANCE
4.1. Safety precautions
DURING MAINTENANCE IT IS NECESSARY TO DISABLE THE DEVICE AND CONNECTED DEVICES
FROM THE MAINS.
4.2. Recommended frequency of maintenance is every six months.
4.3. Maintenance Procedure:
1) Visually check the absence of carbon deposit on the plug of the device, in case of detection, remove the
carbon deposit;
2) Visually check the integrity of the housing, in case of detection of cracks and damages take the device out of
service and send for repair;
3) If necessary, wipe the housing of the device with cloth.
Do not use abrasives and solvents for cleaning.
