No hard disk drive installed

If a hard disk drive is NOT installed, set the printer
Power switch to Off.
Hard disk drive installed
1.
Press and hold down the
Shutdown/Restart button (1) on the control panel to
start the shutdown process.
2.
When the LCD display shows that you can either turn off or restart the printer, set
the printer
Power switch to Off. Please wait as this may take a short time.
