3. Touch the Check Mark Button in the middle of the phone
4. Exit programming by dialing 00 followed by the Check Mark Button
1. Enter Programming Mode:
a. Dial

b. Enter Password:

2. Dial 1001 followed by the date
Example: 1001 15022011 (February 15, 2011)
3. Touch the Check Mark Button
4. Exit programming by dialing 00 followed by the Check Mark Button
1. Enter Programming Mode:
a. Dial
1#91
b. Enter Password:
7284
2. Dial 1003 followed by the time
Example: 1003 143000 (2:30 p.m.)
3. Touch the Check Mark Button
4. Exit programming by dialing 00 followed by the Check Mark Button

Emergency Phone Programming
Connect the Phone to an active Port on Distribution Module and follow the instructions below:
Emergency Phone Calls the Command Center:
1. For the Emergency Phone to call the Command Center, it must be programmed to dial 0
2. Follow the directions that came with the Emergency Phone to program Memory Location 1 to dial 0
Emergency Phone Calls a Number Outside of the Building:
1. For the Emergency Phone to call a number outside the building, it must be programmed to first
dial

2. Follow the directions that came with the Emergency Phone to program Memory Location 1 to dial 3931
Emergency Phone Calls the Command Center First then a Number Outside of the Building:
1. The Emergency Phone can be programmed to call the Command Center first and if that call is not
answered, call an outside number
2. Follow the directions that came with the Emergency Phone to program Memory Location 1 to dial 3931
Note: If phone is dialing Command Center only, skip this step.
1. Press speaker phone button
a. Dial
1, 3, 4
b. Dial
9, then external phone number
c. Press
