Installing the damaged parts:
After repairing the selected parts make sure
that the body components are properly in-
stalled and all of the doors while opening
are in good situation. All the parts with se-
vere damage should be replaced because
they change the geometry of the compo-
nents. Only is moderate damage you can
repair the part.
You should put the replaced part at the
proper position to check the symmetry.
After doing so make sure that standard di-
mensions satisfied. If not the part should
repair again to reach the desired dimen-
sions.
Cutting the body components:
All the connection components should be
welded carefully. It is recommended to
weld the metallic plate edge to edge. Cut
the edge of the replaced part due to the fol-
lowing descriptions:
Cut the part so that 3 cm remain near the
edge.
Cut the damaged body so that about 3 cm
due to the measurement systems. Also
check the current position of the part by
place the damaged part at the prior posi-
tion.
Now cut both parts at the common place
(3cm).

3- Linkage place
Caution 1:
Be aware that if you replaced the part com-
pletely use weld points.
The number of the weld point is about
6-7 per each 20 cm and where there is a
need to strengthening it should be 8-9 weld
points.
